The main tourist attractions in the immediate area are The Aqua Water Park, Sky Park andAguilas del Teide Eagle Park, The world famous Loro Park, in Puerto del La Cruz, has started to construct another park here with an Indonesian theme, and it is hoped to be open within the next few years
Recently opened there is the new 18-hole Abama Golf Course, a championship course that has been constructed on the hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, together with a 5* hotel complex. Recently played by ex president Bill Clinton. This course along with those in Adeje, Playa de Las Americas, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf & Country club, still have availability to purchase a quality home of a golf resort.
Callao Salvaje is an extremely popular residential area with a small pebble beach with local bars and restaurants etc. There is a good choice of individual villas, town houses and apartments and the main town of Adeje with its many shops and large supermarkets is about a 5 minutes drive away.
Fañabe, with its luxury apartment and villa developments, has attracted the affluent population of Europe, and the location has become the most expensive and sought after piece of real estate in the Canaries.
